4 Weeks And Still No Readings....

As the topic says xD

The last few weeks I've been getting ammonia readings of 0.25 which I have been keeping down and nitrate being less than 0.1

but now everything reads 0...

I have 26 fish, BUT alot of plants could that be the reason? I was trying for the silent cycle but didn't have enough plants to keep the ammonia levels to 0.

and I'm using a liquid test kit... =]

Confused.com why would you want any readings in your tank at all (except from a little nitrate of course)

surely readings are a sign that something isnt quite right?

perhaps you plants are keeping the nitrate at 0 and they are constantly munching on it.
