So early this morning at around 10'ish I did a water change on the fry tank. I use a small gravel vac with filter floss stuffed inside. Fry get stuck in the floss sometimes but no harm done,I just shake them out...it's much better than being snapped in half by airline tubing at this age. Anyway, when I was done I checked the floss for fry and it was clear so I chunked the drained vac on the floor and proceeded to refill their tank, knowing I was coming back in a few to change the ct grow out.
Well, things didn't go as planned and it was about 3:30 before I made it back there to do the ct's. I picked up the vac and pulled off the end and chunked the floss, snapped it back on and as I was putting it into the tank I saw a little pink baby stuck on the side of the cylinder of the vac
He was in such shock and just pure white so I left him alone. But when I came back a few hours later he was swimming around like nothing happened so I put him back in the tank
Anyhoo, here are the babies as of today. Lot's of red coming in. You can see a DT behind the one on the top.
