Ok so iv found this, which looks pretty good i think.

For my tanks 60cm x 40cm, it works out £33.50 or somthing with delivery....

Now the tank is divided into 3, and iv checked with the seller, this is made from a soft foam that can easily be slit, so i could slot the dividers into it.

Im thinking if ii got this with some sand it could look really good.

Let me know what you guys think and if you know of anything better value for money?

Thanks.

i like 3d backgrounds but when i went to the lfs they had one in a tank that looked like it had been set up for a while with a 3d background and there were one or 2 fry behind it and it didn't look too clean at the back either but it did look very nice from the front.

Don't know about value for money but google shopping is saying that that site does it the cheapest.

The foam will start to turn mucky after a while however it can be removed and washed easily with old tank water if you want to preserve any bacteria which may be located in it however the quantity of bacteria would be low due to the low water flow through it.

although i havnt got one. i plan to get the marine 3d background soon, rock or bark. i like the look of this one, you could get loads of fake live rock and get artificial corals, and then pick colourful fish and have your own freshwater reef :) if i had another 150 to spend on a re-vamp of my tank i would do this, but i dont :eek:sama:

I seen them on ebay, £15 with postage but i couldnt find any good pics of them.

Well there £8.99 i think and about £5 postage. But i couldnt find a descent pic anywhere to see what they really looked like :/

seriously concidering getting one from that link i put on my first post.

I wouldnt do a 3d back ground due to very heavy hard water build up and super easy algae grouth that is very common to my area. I need something that can be easily removed and scrubed down every few weeks.
