Hi all,

I'm doing a little revamp of my tank and I'm interested in investing in a 3D background ,

Where's the best place to get one from, and what should I be looking at paying?? (£)

The dimensions will need to be 100cm(l) x 45cm(h). The tank will have South American Cichlids in it

Cheers,

James.

Thanks for that Neil.

I already have a black granite type gravel in my tank, and I'd prefer not to change if I can avoid it so could work well. I'm a firm believer of having dark background and dark gravel so it brings out the colours in the fish.

Anybody else got any input?

Cheers,

James.

I meant to give a link to the range that they do, although the slate one I linked does look good. Mine is more a reddy brown sort of colour

You could make one! Styrofoam and Drylok paint!

Don't think I'd have the patience or the ability for that haha!
