37g Planted Tank Redone

added alot, still need to arrange some, but bogwood on right still not fully sinking yet so holding up some progress, will have it ready for better pics in a week but here are new pics so far




just keeping everyone updated its been a couple of weeks and doing alot to this tank as you can see

vals in back not doing great..so to speak..the original vals look to have been cut and are all comming up without roots...the good news is there are about 3xtimes as many about 1-2" tall coming up that were not the originals so will see how they do.

I think that new bogwood will be a major advantage to this tall tank once everything shows its growth, next weekend pics i gurantee to impress

he i like ur tank cuz its natural... i dnt care for fake decor or things that take away from plants or fish, i have fake plants until i get my corals and urchisn n stuff.

give me another week to let it soak in tub, it's not quite ready for tank and removed it till then. I have also removed all riccia to a 10g tank for something new. The 37 will still be ready for update in 1-2 weeks with amazing results. I am trimming some of the plants this week and should be ready for pics next weekend. Growth has been crazy over last couple of weeks. co2's are almost completly covered as well as biowheel intake. Although, biowheel is about to be removed. I have found the biowheel and heavy planted tanks dont do well to all the debri that gets caught up in the intake. So i am moving biowheel to brack tank and the cascade 1000 to planted for some better filtration.

update on tank growth. Bogwood is STILL soaking blah, but will hopefully be ready in a couple of weeks to put back in without having to use slate to hold it down.

didnt really add any height hehe the plants just grew. Carpets are hard being such a high tank. I am experimenting on some java moss on a cactus stalk on the bottom center of the tank and will see how it grows. So far so good.

Sure is progressing mate, its going to be a cracking tank once its filled out and has more plants.
