30g barb update...

Well I went and did it. I got 12 of the smallest barbs you can imagine and stuck them in the barb tank a couple of hours ago. By small I mean the largest one is maybe a 1/4 in. They are the cutest little things and only cost me $1.00 each (on sale) instead of almost $2.00. All are really nicely colored and ate like the pigs they are. I also got a top for the tank. I'll get pics and put them up when I get the FTP to work. Rose

So does anyone else have a one-eyed tiger? I didn't realise he only had one eye till I got him home from the LFS - I was watching them and spotted it - I have to confess to doing a double take!

But I've now had him over a year and he seems quite happy without his eye! Bizarre.

Yes they are cute buggers. The last 2 pics are about as close as I could come to actual size on them. The big barb pic that's my big boy "Big Red". He's the largest one I have in the tank. Rose
