30'' Community Tank Occupants

Restarting my Jewel record 96 30'' tank, how is-
5 rummys
5 black phantoms
5 red phantoms
5 cardinals
4 marbled hatchets
2 small cats
If too many would 4 of each be better?

Could I also add an algae eater? if yes which one is best?

Maybe fine, or decide against one Tetra shoal (i.e; black phantoms) or just 2 hatchets? What type of Catfish?
(a small Bristlenose Plec might be good for Algae<)
