3 Otos And A Dwarf Puffer Walk Into A Bar

Quickish question - Can I put three otocinclus in a well-planted 5 gallon tank with a dwarf puffer and a couple of ghost shrimp. I know that it is a little over the normal bioload but with the over-filtration necessary for the dwarf puffer fish, and increased aeration, I thought it might work. Otherwise, can I just go with two?

[PS. I know the shrimp might get eaten ... no need to mention it.]
