Im now the proud owner of 3 more beautiful female betta halfmoons.

One is a cambodian, the other looks like a female Mustard gas and the last one (biggest one) is a multi coloured purple body, red fin and neon green tinted tail betta.

All in all I now have 4 females and a male.

I picked up a new clearseal 18x10x10 but Have all the females in my main tank, a little bit of aggression but not much.

Pics coming later today, royal mail knocked at 5am in the morning, saying that the package had leaked and he had been sent out on emergency, luckily there were all fine!

wow, the Royal mail have certainly turned a corner.

Get the pics up! :good:

If anyone know's the colour variations ect feel free to tell me, I believe they are all halfmoons. all new females are at least 3 times bigger than my smaller female, the top pictures are of the more dominant female who was bossing around the other new two in a hatching chamber.

Waiting for the stress bars to clear

I can only see one photo of the 2nd and 3rd fish...I'll have to look back later and see the rest.

I have one exactly like the first one and she's HUGE; she's large all around lol. She isn't so eye catching but the colouration is lovely!

Take more photos once they've settled in and become less stressed (the 3rd betta looked all pale and stressed) - not that I blame her.

I read somewhere that large females can have up to 1000 eggs o_O
