3 Bumble Bee Shrimp Pics

Is that a tropical setup Lynz ?. I'm interested in maybe getting some for mine as they look really nice. How many do you have and are they good algae eaters ?.

Yeah its a heavily planted acidic fresh water tank. I have three I think. I bought six but a couple didnt survive the journey in the post. I don't know if they are good algae eaters as I dont really have any algae (few spots on the glass). I've seen one do orange poop so I'm thinking its they are eating fish food ok. They are alot more senstive and not as hardy as amano shrimp (got five of them).
I noticed that the bumble bee shrimp are definitely not as shy as the amano originally were when I first got them.
