canoechiq... not that simple... 2 hamsters in a 2ft just isnt enough room (it was ok for the one but not for both_
i see it as cruel to have them in a small enclosure, plus theres the added fact of not having everyting to set the 4ft up with anymore.

im quite happy to keep the 2 iv got for now, if in the future that i wish to bring my collection up to 3 tanks on the go again... then iv always got my 4ft at hand

2 hamsters.... what type? I'm assuming dwarf. They are quite active (as opposed to one of my syrian whos daily routine is sleep, come out for food and water, then do a few steps in the wheel, then sleep again).

yeah dwarf, they are active.. mostly at night.. u know the norm they take it in turns holding the weel whilst the other one uses it as an assult corse

then they take turns on the mini rope swing... and then they both bury the water... u know how it is lmao


they seem alot more active since being in the 4ft tank though.. bfeore we had one in the 2ft an one in an actual hamster thing... they were both asleep most of the time not even actualy commin out for food... just ignorin it till like a day later
