2ft Tank

Thought that since I look at so many other people's tank, I should give you guys an opportunity to see mine. It probably needs a bit of cleaning. The plants are starting to grow now. I had quite a few die off at the start. It might be a stretch, but I'd like to know what plant i have growing on the right. Cos it does not stop growing.

the fish are hiding in the plants.

I've got 1 dwarf flame gourami, 2 albino cories, 1 small bristlenose, 4 cardinal, 5 glowlights. I want to get rid of the tetras and get either a blue/bolivian ram (for more colour) or a female flame gourami.
