ok so right now i have a 29 gallon tank with 4 goldfish in it as of thismorning(yes i know they need a bigger tank) i have been having trouble with this tank for afew weeks now. it was cycled afew weeks ago but something happened with it (i dont know what) so now there is an amonia spke, and as much as i love having my golds im going to give them to a friend of mine as soon as they can take them. iv decided that once i get the tank recycled id like to restock it with tropical fish.
so heres the main fish i would like so far. -
1 or 2 angelfish
a small group of rainbow fish
a group of corie cats
some sort of tetras
or any other sort of fish that you think would work well in this tank
my only requests are to try to keep atleast 1 angel on the list if the tank is large enough, absolutly no livebearers, and no danios. any and all opinions are very much appreciated thanks.

The angel is actually the only one that won't work as they get too big. If you get small ones and could get a bigger tank in a year or two, you would be ok. They don't grow very fast.

i would love to get a bigger tank, but im not exactly sure if i will be able to get one in the next year or two so i better hold off on the angel for now i guess. iv currently got 5 black neons, and 3 serpe tetras(if they work with the other fish then i might get -3 more if not then trade in or move around my other fish) would either of these be alright with the other fish i want to get?? what else could i possibly get thats bright and colorful?? o and i plan to keep the tank light to moderatly planted, but leaving plenty of open swim space if that makes any difference with what fish i can get.
