29 gallon tank stand

I am building one out of cinerblock, my Home Depot however, didn’t have anyone to cut the wood for 2 by 4s and were out of them. Is it ok to put it in a plywood sheet as long as all the corners and middle is supported?

How big is the tank, 4x2 are usual for the supports, draw a design of what you want to do and I will have a look at it
