28 Degrees C No Heaters Makes No Sence

well my tank has no heaters in it at all the only equipment is a superfish 15000 as a sump return pump but for weeks its been at 28 degrees im sure the rooms not that temp so whys it 28 degrees c do you reckon its the pump kicking out heat its 766 us gallons btw

any help apreciated

Have you checked the thermometer? I know water is a thermal insulator but that surprises even me. Perhaps the room is warmer than you think, or is the tank receiving any heat from sources such as sunlight or radiators?

doh ill put another therm in and check

and no sun light or radiators

ill report back in a few hours with the results

yep 26 degrees c with a glass therm

its really wierd
