25 Litre Tank

Since my betta died a few months back Ive been stuck on what to put in my 25 litre tank

Bit too small for 10 gallon type fish and not keen on shrimps or frogs etc, any ideas?

I was wanting platies but I figure its abit on the small size.

Any help appreciated

Pseudomugil gertrudae, signifer (small varieties), paskai, cyanodorsalis are some rainbowfish you could try. Also Iriatherina werneri.

Problem with those are that Ive not seen any of those species in my LFS and was thinking more easily avaliable types of fish.

killifish like Epiplaty dageti or Aphyosemium gardneri or australae.
Gold or green medakas.
Betta imbellis or licorice gouramis.
Pygmy cories

i have a 25L tank with a few male wild type guppys; they are much smaller than the usual hormone filled ones
then i added a few shrimp and lots of plants, it really is beautiful
