24w Heater And Filter For 11 Liter

Does anyone know a cheap on-line shop that sells a 25w heater and a cheap filter suitable for an 11 litre tank (to keep a Beta Splendid to be precise)?

Also if it OK to use a heater with a plastic based tank? Dont want to melt the sides now do I

Edit: Actually this dosent sound too bad and with the coke bottle mod it wouldnt affect the Beta right?

I dont see a problem with a heater in a plastic bowl, as it would be attached via suction cups so wouldnt actually touch the plastic. Someone whos tried it might have a better idea. Just make sure its completely submerged.

With the filter, just make sure the output isnt too strong, as betta's dont like much flow and in a tank that small a fast flowing output would leave the betta being swished around too much and not a lot of space to escaoe it.
