2 T8's Better Than 1 T5?

as title, is two T8 bulbs better for growing plants better than one T5 over a 36x15x12 tank?

What is the watt of the T8 and the watt of the T5...it will go on PAR, and the T5's are normally better PAR wise.

ahhhh, well it would be 1 24W T5 or 2 30W T8's

any carbon additions?? if so i'd go with the T8's.

no none at all, thats what i was thinking, although is there any way LED's are as good as normal tubes? Because with ballasts and stuff to put the tubes in, i can get 96 LED's for £30!!
