2 Probs One Is Fry Is Stuck Inside (dead) And Other Is Constipation?

Ok 2 probs, 1, female green goodeid is giving birth earlier noticed the fry halfway out and was told just let nature take its course, i swear at hte time the fry's tail had color then when i came back to check she was gone, figured oh ok she got him out and is hiding to give birht to next one...anyway come mback right now, and there she is with white bodied fry hanging halfway inside her obviously stuck...what do i do?? is there anything that can be done without harming the mother?? prob 2 is i found a fish dead of constipation i think as i noticed the anal area was kinda red/inflamed looking, is that constipation?? if so what can i do?? don't want anymore deaths that are preventable...

Prob 1 is ok...went back and the still birth was completed naturally...also i got some other medicine whatever the kind is with the tea leavesin it...noticed the mom seemed to have a wound on her head... Prob 2 still lookin for suggestions
