2 Blue Gouramis

Today I bought a second blue gourami for my 25g tank. As I watched the two of them I noticed that one nipped and the others tail fin. Is this because they are getting used ti each other or will it stay like this?

They will probably keep doing it...I had 4 of them and they got more aggressive as they grew

Are they both male? If they are the one that was there originaly may be defending his territory. If that is the case, take the older one out, reaquascape, and put him back in. That may help.
