which is best for a riverbotton. I want a moderate lite planted tank

I want to mimic a riverbottom...like add some java moss , rotala , Red rubin, ruffled sword, Anubias Congesis, Hornwort, Crispus, Crypt petchii, crypt Spiralis

thx , that will do. But the compact flourescent lighting system is 21'' and my tank is 24'', Would that be ok? Ill just lay the lighting system on top of my glass cover. Im gonna buy it online, I dont have it yet
