I added flourite and some new plants I got from a friend to the 18 gallon. You know what... flourite sucks  It turned my tank BLACK, even after rinsing like 96 times.

Anyway, I took some plant pics as I was taking everything apart.

What was added was some baby tears, an amazon sword, some dwarf sag, Val Gigantea. The guy I got these from didn't know what any of the plants were, so if my IDs are wrong feel free to help out guys.

Extra baby tears, spiketail, and a stunted lil giant danio from wal-mart

The tank looks great. My flourite was so bad that I had to chuck it. It was cloudy for 3 weeks, and I rinsed it for 3 hours before, and then changed carbon filters and rinsed regular sponges everyday. Glad you had more luck than I. Root tabs and normal substrate for me from now on!

Your anubia is really lovely, I love its flower. :)

wow it looks really nice. Did you keep the fish in while doing the change?? because i'm sure i can see a couple of fish on those pictures when its all cloudy. -_-

Yup, fish stayed in, no way I could have caught them with the plants in there and by the time I unrooted everything the tank was already real misty so I just left them be. They're all fine
