What I would do...
Take out the blind cave tetras, they need a bigger school and by adding a bigger school your at risk of overstocking.
Take out the angel fish, it will probably get aggressive then it's older and (I think) this size tank may be too small for one.
Make it 3 pearls, 1 male and 2 females.
1 gbr, should be fine though would depend on your tap water pH.
Up the number of black widows, they can sometimes be nippy and increasing the number can reduce it.
Up the number of neons, the minimum is 6 and the more the better.
More julii, they will be happier in a bigger shoal.
Guppies should be fine, though make sure they are all the same sex.
