I want your driftwood! and the stand! and the entire setup!
*jealous jealous!*

That tank looks amazing!

I liked the pic on p. 4 with the cat looking at the fish! He must think it's his own personal porno show or something!

Fantastic tank! I wish I had a tank like that - as long as somebody else did the maintenance! !

Very nice use of wood. Should look even nicer when some algae grows on it and softens the look furthur. Have you thought of attaching any Java fern? That would look great IMO (but I am a plant geek!)

--Over-stocking on plants is always better than understocking.

--Do your research on how different plants grow-- some plants will out grow certain parts of the tank; for instance that sword is going to get way to big for the foreground if it is kept healthy.

--The foreground is what makes or breaks the composition. An aquarium often looks unattractive or does not meet its potential because not enough attention is paid to the foreground plants; the small plants in front that highlight the tank.

you've inspired me... more bogwood and plants. :hey:

Just love the way you've created a background out of the wood.

AWESOME

Personally, I'd add some kind of red plant, that is either quick growing, really tall or a floating plant so that you get some colour and it fills out along the top!

I think you have abn amzing tank, and like Chook, I want to be a fish in your tank!

Thanks everyone for you help, we really want to get the plants back into the tank, we have done all the aquascaping just need to buy some plants, I will post some pic either tonight or tommorrow.

Well as I said we are still waiting for some plants to go in, other than that we are really pleased with the results. not the bestest pictures in the world though.

Here's another one. These are the first pictures I have taken with my new digital camera, I'm pleased with the way the colours have come out.

Thanks very much. we are very pleased with it, to the right we kept the bog wood quite thick so there are lots of places to swim in and out and lots of places to hide, on the left side we wanted a more open area, but they have a slate cave there which the albino shark loves.

Just realised one of the cats is on the rank in one of those pictures. he he he

great lookin tank now.i wasnt keen on just the wood alone.may i ask what ur stocking is now from what u had from the first pic?
