120 Gallon

I've kept malawi in my 120 gallon tank but have put them in a diffrent tank am now looking to change over to new world but have never kept them before.

Would it be ok to put 1 Green Terror, 1 JD, 1 Firemouth, 1 Convict and maybe 1 Red Devil or a Jag ?

Any ideas more then welcome .

well i have a 150 gallon tank and have a jag who seems to be placid
i wouldnt keep them with firemouths/cons in MY OPPINION but all fish have different tempers so depends on what you want......
a lot of people feel fear to keep jags with anything but so far ive been lucky....
where do you live because cane76 on heres selling a 10inch female jag for £30 lives near heathrow
and bolty from sailsbury has some baby jags

Nelly's right about the firemouths, I think they'd be the smallest out of your stocking and TBH they're just bluffers.
Mine are currently getting a lot of stick from my festivums (who are meant to be non aggressive themselves). I'm hoping they'll be able to hold they're own though once they're bigger.

But also remember all cichlids have differing personalities and you might get one that takes no sh*t from no one!!

Yeah i'm going to just buy them all as baby's and see how things go, might leave the firemouths out.

jags grow at a alarming rate so you have to go for large cichlids and get the jag small....thats what i did...i had a female firemouth in with them but didnt like the look with the jag so gave it to my sister

I think ill leave the Jag out, so what could I put in with 1 GT & 1 JD if I leave the the rest out ?
