10g Hospital Conversion

Old hospital tank turned to breeding tank turned to cycled stable tank. moved tank to bedroom, so i can get...uhh.. go under the influence and enjoy the company....


only 10 gallons, heres what im thinking...

4x Cardinal Tetras
3x Ghost Shrimp
1x Apple Snail
2x Oto's (zebra)

I figure thats my limit, but since the only fish fish in there are the tetras (and perhaps the oto's)

I was wondering if i could get away with just 2x blue Platies (in addition to the others) they are gorgeous and not the norm.

Right now my tank is nearing the end of its cycle, i have it consuming 6ppm of ammonia in 12 hours. (add and wait method)

oh dear, you got the bug!! ( but we wont talk about that sshhhh)
i cant help you with the stocking on that but i do agree about the blue platys,and i hope you can put them in there, i have a bout 15 of them and lots of fry, and they are beautiful!

I think the tetras will be too active for a 10 gal tank, and like to be in groups of 6+

i think that'll be a better stocking.
