Is my tank full or can I add a couple more fish for variety?

I'd like to add a little more color to my tank as all the Platies are orange with a black accent here or there. There are also a few snails in the tank as well but will be thinning down the snail population soon.

Would also consider bottom dwellers that will add some activity to the mix.

Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated!

Corydoras are a great addition to any community tank and since you want some bottom dwellers they would be perfect, You would need to get at least 5 because they like to be in a group, you should try some glowlights, neons, or harlequin rasboras to use as a sholing fish which would make your tank alot more active and nice to look at, or maby a few male guppies which will defintly brighten up your tank.

You have a little more space in that tank if it is a mature tank. You do not have enough room for a group of cories unless you stay with the pygmies. As KR767 suggested, a few rasboras would probably work to add a contrast to the main swimming area.

You could also go with corydoras habrosus instead of Pygmys

Habrosus are actually one of the 3 pygmy species of Corydoras. I keep all 3 in my tanks. This first is a habrosus in my endler tank.

Then I have some hastatus in a tank of their own, I thought I could get them to breed but have failed so far.

And finally a picture of one of my female pygmaeus following a female Heterandria formosa, once though to be the smallest fish of all at 3/4 inch for an adult male.
