10 gallon teardown

im doing a total tear down of my 10 gallon because of fin and tail rot and gill flukes and cloudywater im im tiered of dieseas and disenfecting it will get rid of parasites and i know it will destroy the bacteria but im i can keep the amonia away i did it with my gouramis and the were happy if i dont do this its just going to keep coming back
