10 gallon tank

Hey... A 10 gallon tank was just given to me can I put any African Cichlids in it???.

IF so how many and what kind??

Well actualy you can - shell-dwellers. N. multifasciatus is the smallest and, IMO, the most suitable and my favourite. You'll need to do some extra research though - they need a sand substrate, high pH, shells obviously and there are some other details. You could keep a male and a few females in a 10 gallon.
