10 Gallon Tank

I'm planning on having a 10 gal tank with Bumblebee Gobies. I was curious to see if there were any other fish I could add to the aquarium that might occupy the top level. I'm only looking for a couple of fish as I want my tank to mainly consist of BBG's. Of course I would be keeping the BBG's in slightly brackish water so any suggestions would have to tolerate some kind of salinity. Any advice would be appreciated.

To be more specific-I was thinking about wrestling halfbeaks. Would these work in a 10 gal w/ BBG's? If so then is there a minimum I should keep together? (I was thinking about maybe 2 or 3 at the most.) If these would work, when stocking my tank should they be added first or the BBG's? I realize the Halfbeaks are a little skiddish.
If these wouldn't work then what else could I keep with my BBG's?

There are also brackish water Killifish you could get. Killifish have some pretty cool colorings.
