if this theory is correct then i hav worked out that 400 litre tank/105 gallon can hold up to 100 inch ov fish
if this is true then should i b ok wiv
1 oscar
2 clown loaches
1 rtbs
3 discus or 5 silver dollars
10 amano/cherry shrimp
5 tiger barbs

i think this is ok but plz correct me if wrong

Id go with

1, maybe 2 oscars depending on the behaviour of independant cichlid

The RTBS will get eaten also, Only other thing is a biggish pleco. Oscars are such greedy buggers that they are never full...

If it fits into a fishes mouth, the fish will ty eat it as some stage. You can try to delay it by providing hiding spaces, but one way or another, anything too small will become lunch....

An RTBS is questionable IMO. A 6 inch adult RTBS would have been OK IMO, but a juvinile will become lunch...

You could take in a large pleco from someone whom has had it outgrow their tank. These are armoured and large, so the rugher fish tend not to do them damage. I have seen a pleco fight off an Oscar before, repeatedly shoving it's sharp dorsal fin into the agresors face.... Quite something to see, but presumably not so good for the Oscar. Mind Oscars are intelegent, so if it did harm, it wouldn't have done it again......

Got some serious filtration on that, as that is a lot of messy fish A single large canister probibly wouldn't cope TBH...

wat other big chichlids are there but not aggresive to eat stuff lke oscars

Fish don't eat each other out of aggression. The little fish just fits in the big fish's mouth, so it gets eaten.

You'd have to get something small enough not to eat the shark. I don't know, maybe a severum, festivium, or acara?

Tiger barbs should be alright. The shrimp, maybe not - if you want a big fish like that, though, shrimp will always be at risk.
