1.5 Gal. With 15watts

It's a small tank I'm giving to a family that I'm baby sitting, for their betta that is in a very small bowl. It is a hex tank and the light is a 15 watt indacesent bulb. Will this work for lowlight plants like java moss and h. ploysperma?

No. See if you can replace it with a screw-in compact fluorescent bulb.

I remember the nano size only 1G win the top prize, just a table lamp ,
IMO, 15w is enough, depends on wot kinda blub it got.
so u just need choose right tiny plants, and dose CO2.

That is it, if u do it well, 1G tank could look much bigger, i will try to find the link for u.

Moody used a 20w halogen bulb over his tropica cube and that worked a treat.
