You can just click on the 'Browse' Button on here, and upload them off your computer. Or, you can sign up at a free hosting site, like Photobucket and upload your pictures onto there. Then, click the IMG button on here, and paste the URL under the picture in your Photobucket into there. It should show up as a picture.

When you reply to a post in this section, it's right above where you click 'Add Reply'. It says 'File Attachments' at the top....

Not sure if that makes sense!
