hi, got 28 fish, all levels are perfect, there is no streaking, just the tails are all frayed and ends missing, other than that they seem fine. Do you advise treating the whole tank or not?

Ok so the fish with blood spots on is still the same, acting normally etc, the other fish that i thought would be dead today, is still with us, but still doesnt look good, now i can see his tail at the back looks like its been nipped, but i know it hasnt, so presuming this is finrot grrrr...
