    Anabantoid Compatability

Hi everyone, I'm planning on converting my rio 180 to a South Asian theme tank. I have a few questions on stocking though that I was hoping you could help me with - my first time keeping these sort of fish, quite a change from what I used to have :P So far the stocking is just a shoal of...

    Exctinction

Grrrrr, so you have some sort of 'faith' to believe in dragons? Not having a go - sorry if it appears that way when written in text - but that's why I prefer science over religion/beliefs. Science changes its views based on evidence, its pure and has no agenda or motive. Religion/beliefs are...

    Questions Need Awnswering

Depends on the size of the fish in question. An adult angel will eat young fish, and may well have a go at adult khuli loach.

    Exctinction

Like I said before I would like to see the evidence. We know pterosaur existed due to fossil remains, yet as far as I'm aware there is no real evidence of fire breathing, gigantic, flying dragons(or anything similar) in the middle ages.

    Pick Me An Cichlid

Honduran red point maybe - but not a breeding pair, I feel they would be too boisterous. As suggested before apisto's or rams would suit the tank well.

    Corydora Or Loaches?

Two different groups of fish there, whatever you choose I'm sure there will be one species that would suit your tank. Am I right in thinking that the other inhabitants of the tank are 2 keyholes and 2 rams? In that case you might want to stick to a SA theme and get cory's - more associated...

    Good Oscar Websites

Cichlid-forum has some short articles on oscars that may entertain you for 10 minutes or so. If you have access to JSTOR or other journal archives there's a number of articles I used to read while bored in between lectures/seminars at uni - just search oscar, Astronotus, ocellatus, cichlid etc.

    Vitamins

I personally wouldn't bother, a staple of a quality flake/pellet topped off with treats/greens should provide all the nutrients/vitamins your fish need.
