I need help with the layout for a 20g planted tank. I am not using CO2 yet, nor any dosing system, but maybe I will upgrade in the future.   LED's are 3w 450nm, 660nm, cool white, green. Too much red?

Sorry about your loaches and good luck with the medicine - I hope it won't stain everything for too long. I used it once in a quarantine tank and it did not work for me.   Maybe somebody else can help you with the dosage. Please post the results after the treatment, I am curious if it works.

Well, although alone until I find him some partners, my CPD is doing allot better now, moving around the tank and rounding his belly. I've been feeding hikari fry pellets, some shaved frozen food and crushed tetra pellets. I got some tetras with him in the tank and some zebras for now, to keep...

I just saw one of them fighting to stay afloat - he keeps going down like a stone and has to swim to go up or even to stay afloat.

I want to get a new batch of rasboras. What should I do before putting them in the tank? Should I move the existing occupants (4 zebras, 1 galaxy, 2 RCS) out? Should I let the tank only with the plants in for disinfection? Should I use any treatments?   I don't want to infect the new fish (if...

  I never changed the water during the treatment. I had about 1 month old fry in the tank, didn't lose any of them to ich. If you change the water, make sure you have the same amount of salt in the new water and the same temperature... don't put colder water, as it will take some time to heat up...

Salt might have damaged him. I warned you to check if the loaches is sensitive to salt... usually scaleless occupants are more or less sensitive to salt. I am not sure if the salt did to him what we see here, though. Maybe some experts can jump in on this with better info...
