Hi again everyone just thought I’d post an update on this, the nitrate filter arrived yesterday and I immediately done a 50% water change including sand clean ect . This brought the nitrate level way down to 20-25ppm and I couldn’t be happier with the filter itself. il be carrying out water...

Right so just done my testing pH is at 7.4 Ammonia is 0 Nitrite is 0 Nitrate is 50 ppm Legal limit in the Uk is spot on 50 so My supply is just on the limit . Can’t wait for the filter to arrive now so I can get that level down
