I havent set up the tank yet but for future reference what would be the best type of anemone compatible with picasso clowns?

I am geting a nuvo 30 tank and was planning to get two clown fish and was wondering if it would be ok to have a yellow tang in it. I have seen it in many nano tanks but still want to make sure?   Also is the red spotted blenny an good fish for the tank? THANKS!!
