Hi everyone,
Just a bit of advice needed please.
I have two cherry barbs from my original tank which I set up 5 years ago.. they are now in a 55ltr and one has suddenly developed dropsy. No other signs of illness.
My question is (please forgive my ignorance) ... the cherry barb is now on...
I think it was an ulcer as HITH pics I've seen look very different, quiet small and more than one. Also from pics HITH lookalike it does disturb the skin/scales so much. Here I've tried the photo bucket thing...
The gourami did die this afternoon. I have a pretty good pic of the hole but no idea how to add on here!! I added some salt with water changes but made no noticeable difference.

Hi guys,
I think one of my widow tetras is pregnant. I know they scatter and then eat their own eggs but I'd like to give them a chance if she is. She's been noticeably big for around 7 days. When do you think the best time would be to pop her in a breeding box, I don't want to stress her by...

Oh! I bought that because that was the treatment recommended on the site you posted :( ... I was usuing myxazin up until then. I have plenty of that.. should I start with that again??
I have been using the melafix since Wednesday and the hole is getting worse. The gourami is a sure fighter, still eating but is going to the surface for air all the time and loosing everything through the hole. The hole is bigger now and today there's a tiny but of blood on the wound and his poo...
No idea then why your snails keep dieing!!
What do you think to that shop? I am not totaly convinced by it yet and prefer to go to MA near St Albans.
Me either it's a mystery!!
Hmmm I initially liked it. It's bright and clean and the guys seem more than happy to help. However.. I have only...
