when feeding this to a brittlenose should they be peeled 1st or put into the tank with the skin on?

also can brittlenose be kept in pairs?

Ive never used cucumbers but ive used zuccini. i never peel it off but i cut it in fourths and they gobble it up.

yes you can keep them in pairs. :D

yep... we dont peel it or cook it...

One of our plecs eats the skin first :) (Scooby - The L014)
so sometimes we dont actually get anything left

when feeding cucumber i always stick it in the microwave for 2 mins in some water so it will sink when placed in the tank.

I can easily make a 10 thick slices disapear in my tank within 1 night and 1 day.

yeah lots of other fish will nibble at it but plecos are the main one that eats it an ive heard that the skin is the best part of zucini/cucumber, so leave it on

i don't ever peel it and my bn's like the zuchini way more than cucumber, so maybe you should try it and they'll love you even more

yes bristle nose plecs can be kept in pairs a male n female is recomended cause males are quite terrortorial i have three (male female n baby) and i leave the skin on the cucumber they soon eat it but never tried zuchini before
