Zombie Oto

Last night I swear I had a dead oto (poked it and nothing happened) and when I woke up it was swimming around weakly. Is that normal oto behavior? O.O

Yeah mine did this recently.... i think thats just how they are

Oto's will stay dead still if they feel threatened, it's a defence mechanism.
Swimming weakly is possibly a sign something is wrong, they can be still for long periods, but should swim quite strongly.

I bought 2 other oto's earlier and one has already tried to latch onto my clown pleco and mystery snail. The oto survived an ammonia spike that killed half of my tank and I will be sad to see it die.
