Your Fish

Just though I'd say that the nudi looks like it was Chromodorus magnifica (a sponge eater?).

aquascaper, i didn't know green mandarins and spotted mandarins would pair up. How long have you had them? I've thought about getting a green mandarin but am afraid my cbs would catch and kill/eat it :X

They don't unless the tank is big................sadly bigger than mine :*)
The True mandarin was a rescue effort which sadly went wrong (he would have died anyway so at least I gave him a chance)

Quite correct! This is the little chap that was sold to me early on in my reef experience as an algae eating Nudi but turned out to be a weapon of mass destruction :grr:
He lasted about a week in my tank before dying and polluting the whole reef with his toxic body. He took with him about 4 fish, all my soft corals and all 12 feather dusters!!!!!!!!

Lesson learnt and that's why I don't advise anybody to keep Nudibranches as they have extremely specialised diets which cannot be sustained by the average reef keeper. Oh yes, and when they die they kill your tank :X
