Behind a little bubbling cave.
Here is an idea: 2 khuli loach, 2 gouramis, 2 extra white clouds(they are 10 gal. safe.), 2 platys, and a glass catfish. Safe? I already have 4 zebra danios and 2 white clouds with an albino cory cat.

I can't comment on the whole list , but apparently glass catfish will be unhappy on their own and should be kept in a group of 5 or more.

There seems to be two threads on this I have commented on the other one :)

Khuli loaches should be in groups of at least 3, gouramis should be kept in trios (2 females: 1 male) or alone, and you don't have the space for 3. In 10 gallons you could only put 1 gourami. They can easily be kept on their own; suggest you take a male as they are considerably more colourful. Don't take a dwarf as these are prone to diseases. Can't comment on the catfish.

I don't think it is so much a problem of agression, but your tank is simply not big enough to put everything in that you want. I would add 2 cories as they need to be in groups, the zebras also need to be at least 6, and with that your tank is already filled.
