Worried

I have recently acquired a featherfin catfish who only comes out in the evening. I an worried that he is not getting enough food as by the time he comes out the others have eaten. Should I drop a few pellets into the tank in the evening when the lights are out. I am very wet behind the ears at this hobby.

I have a pack of algae wafers and on the back it says to drop one in when you turn the lights off as some catfish are nocturnal.

I've always wondered that too because I hardly see him. I just think of him as a vacuum. He's obviously been getting food because he looks healthy and I've had him for over a month now. Good Luck, they are cool looking catfish.
