Yes, I think it'll be fine for two musk turtles. Turtles LOVE eating fish, so the fish you should keep with your turtles should be large. Also, turtles produce a LOT of waste, and will quickly overpower any fish related bio-filter. I suggest you feed your turtles pelleted food daily, and feed them 2 feeder fish each once a week. Other than that... I don't know any fish that can live with musk turtles. Sorry.
