What's Wrong With My Dwarf Gourami?

I lost one of my female powder blue dwarf gourami's the other day, and looking at my male I've noticed something on his back and I'm not sure if its anything to worry about and I'm hoping someone could help me.

(It was pretty hard to get a decent photo cos I've got a rubbish camera and he went mental when I put the camera to the tank).

Basically it's a small spot near his fin its raised, red around the edges and white in the middle.

Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

it's most likely to be a scratch from fighting with other fish. I have 2 dwarf gouramis one male one female, I also have a 1 male gold gourami. the two males used to fight a lot until the DG backed off!
