What up

Joined yesterday.
I would like to thank you for welcoming me.
I am not the kind of person who would just jump into a conversation with people I don't know let a lone see. I feel like if I ask a quetion someone else has or has had the same quetion. Then I start looking for someone who has already posted it. So my first question is "What up?" My next question is how can I find what I need with out getting 200 hits for my search entry and then when I narrow it down get no results is it better just to ask my question anyway?

Hey what up? I'd take a quick look at the pinned subjects in each category, if it's not there, ask away. That's what this place is set up for, there's lot of people with plenty of answers.
