weird little white things on wall of tank

theres these tiny little white things turned up on my tank walls which i keep scraping off.

theyre tiny, white, and move along like worms or leeches.

anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them?

I know that you can get those sort of wormy/leech thingys from overfeeding, but I've only ever heard of them in the filter sponges of people's tanks. They won't harm your fish, Norbie, and you might even be able to buy a fish that will eat them, but I'm not sure. You could always ask at your LFS! I bought 2 clown loaches to chomp on the snails in my tank!

It's most likely planaria, a sign of overfeeding. Cut back on feeding, or starve your fish for a few days, and the fish will most likely turn on the worms for food.
