The Water Is Too Hot

Beacause of the sun we have had the last few days my water temp has been up as high as 26.9, all the windows are open but cant cool the tank down, might sound silly but any ideas how to cool my fishes down? I was thinking of putting a fan blowing onto the tank?

It's not an ideal temp but I wouldn't of thought it will hurt most tropical fish where as trying to reduce it artificially may stress them. If it gets near 30degC you may have to do something. Remember, if you're treating whitespot you may have the temp at 29degC for quite a few days!
