testing after med

I've just put in the last treatment of white spot for my fish and was wondering if i should wait a while before testing for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Will the med affect it?

It should not affect the readings.

It shouldn't affect the readings, only sligtly if that nothing to worry about if it's a mature tank, good luck.
